By registering as a "Fren-O Athlete" I certify that I am 21 years and older. I understand that there are certain risks that I assume on game-day. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my teammates, and/or family members. I further release and discharge, ILAN Events, LLC; Fren-O LLC; all individual promoters and sponsors for injury, loss or damage arising out of my participation in the Fren-O games or upon using the facilities, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family or other third-parties.

I also release and discharge, Fren-O LLC, Jason Chow-Quan and Farrah Chow-Quan and sponsors for loss or theft of personal articles or damage arising while in attendance at the Fren-O games.

If I should cause any damage to the facilities due to my own negligent, reckless or willful actions, I agree to pay for all damages.

I consent to video or photography taken of me during the games to be used by the promoters for future events, on social media and on their website. If you do not wish to have your image used please send us an email to [email protected] with a written request.
I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to agree to these terms, and by submitting my payment I agree to the terms outlined here.
