Terms & Agreements

By registering as a "Fren-O Athlete" I Pledge to Drink Right. I certify that I am 21 years and older. I understand that there are certain risks that I assume on game-day. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my teammates, and/or family members. I further release and discharge, Fren-O LLC, Jason Chow-Quan and Farrah Chow-Quan and sponsors for injury, loss or damage arising out of my participation in the Fren-O games or upon using the facilities, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family or other third-parties.

I also release and discharge, Fren-O LLC, Jason Chow-Quan and Farrah Chow-Quan and sponsors for loss or theft of personal articles or damage arising while in attendance at the Fren-O games.

If I should cause any damage to the facilities due to my own negligent, reckless or willful actions, I agree to pay for all damages.

I agree and acknowledge that I am under no pressure or duress to agree to these terms, and by submitting my payment I agree to the terms outlined here.
